Co-Founder & Community Manager
Based in Fukuoka since 1985. Director of Open Mind, KK. Professional services to worldwide client base including web, text, copy writing, media, and tourism.
Co-organizer and host of popular weekly Business Casual Meetup in Tenjin with nearly 600 registered members. Bruce joined Fukuoka+ to share his love for his adopted home and its great people of all nationalities.
Anthony Haendel

A digital marketing professional who was born in Japan and graduated from Seinan Gakuin University.
An expert for intercultural communications and marketing, Anthony believes bilingual business abilities will strengthen Fukuoka locally and globally.
He joined Fukuoka+ because he sees it as is the opening door for Fukuoka into a successful future.

Sales & Presentations
Business presentation specialist. Earned M.A. at the University of Kansas in Communication Studies and Ph.D. at Seinan Gakuin University—founder of Commskill Co., Ltd and Communication Skills Association.
Taking advantage of his academic and career background, Andy is responsible for business pitches and sales presentations. He is also a mentor of startup pitches at NEXs Tokyo.
