I owned & managed a preschool in the US

While I was in the US, I operated a small language school for Japanese children for 16 years. We ran the school like a preschool, and also had a parent - baby class, and Nihongo classes for older children. Over 200 children enrolled over the years, and I still maintain great relationships with them and their families!

I love children, they teach me so much! I studied early childhood education in the US, but I learned more by just spending time at my school, talking and playing with my students. I see each child's potential, and can help them grow.

My babysitting carrier started when I relocated in Fukuoka in early 2021.

I lived in Seattle area for the last 25 years, so I'm pretty fluent - I was an involved parent, have lots of experience in classroom volunteering, etc. I am confident I can provide you with reliable babysitting service. Please contact me for more details!

Price Information:

One child 1 hour ¥2000
Two children (siblings) 1 hour ¥2500
Two children (friends) 1 hour ¥3000
☆Babysitter Gift Certificate（One child）4 hours, must be paid in advance ¥7000
☆Babysitter Gift Certificate（For two） 4 hours, must be paid in advance ¥9000

♡ 2 hours minimum, 15 min increments

♡ 2 children max for one sitting

♡ I can babysit children age two months to 3rd grade

♡ If the two children are both under 36 months, ¥500 / h additional

♡ If I have to use public transportation, I would like to ask that you cover the cost.

I use subway (Ohori Koen Station) or bus. I don't have a car, but I walk or bike for free ;-)

♡ babysitting other than at your own home:

Park, etc ¥500 extra (per sitting)

My house ¥500 extra (per sitting)

Pick up / drop off service ¥500 extra (per sitting)

No fee involved if I watch at your house and go out for a walk etc.

♡ 25% extra fee between 7pm and 9am

♡ late pick up fee ¥700 per 15 minutes

no refund for early pick up

♡ same day cancellation fee 50% (24 hour notice required)

♡ pay with cash or PayPay

♡ gift certificate must be purchased and used by different persons

♡ English / Japanese lessons available upon request

♡ ¥1000 discount from the total for first time customers!

♡ ¥500 discount if you invite a friend
